Infinit-O is seeking a customer support specialist in Pasay to handle inbound client chats and email queries. You will provide setup, configuration, usage, and technical assistance, using templates and the knowledge base to respond promptly and professionally.

You will report to the Team Leader and contribute to expanding our knowledge repository, ensuring accurate, timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong English writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate from any reputable school.
• Must have good English written communication skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound client chat and email queries.
• Provide answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions.
• Respond to clients in a pleasing and timely manner using templates, scripts and knowledge database.
• Report to the Team Leader and help build knowledge database for newly encountered issues, concerns, comments and/or suggestions.
