The role requires strong knowledge of chargeback lifecycles, payment operations, and dispute management platforms, with collaboration across Fraud, Risk, Operations, and Payments teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in chargeback management or payments operations.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback rules and lifecycles.
• Experience with CB911 and PSP portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chargeback volumes and trends across daily to monthly periods.
• Manage pre-arbitration disputes and representment processes.
• Investigate high-value chargeback cases and prepare supporting documentation.
• Log, categorize, escalate, and resolve chargeback issues.
• Generate reports to improve performance and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Risk, Operations, and Payments teams.
• Develop training materials for internal teams on representments.
