Job summary

Maya is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to support disputes resolution and processing of scheme chargebacks. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is eager to deepen their knowledge of chargebacks. A 4-year Business degree is required.

Based in the Philippines, you will analyze disputes, defend cases, and stay current with scheme policies. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Access, is essential, as is at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course.
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Chargeback and Disputes.
