Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating fraud incidents.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail with strong multitasking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate disputed card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve within SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with fraud and disputes teams on case-by-case decisions.
• Analyze individual transactions using internal policies to identify patterns.
• Understand systems and tools; analyze account patterns via data analysis.
• Work with analysts, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention processes.
• Maintain domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Meet or exceed stated SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases.
