We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chargeback Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring chargeback trends, managing dispute processes, resolving high-value chargeback cases, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of chargeback lifecycles, payment operations, and dispute management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly chargeback volumes, trends, and emerging risks.
• Manage pre-arbitration disputes and representment processes in accordance with card network and PSP requirements.
• Investigate and resolve high-value chargeback cases, preparing compelling supporting documentation and evidence.
• Monitor chargeback intake channels, including CB911, PSP reporting dashboards, and dispute resolution inboxes.
• Ensure timely logging, categorization, escalation, and resolution of chargeback-related issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials to support internal teams in preparing effective chargeback representments.
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve chargeback performance and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Fraud, Risk, Operations, and Payments.
