Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Chargeback Acquiring Analyst in Ortigas to analyze and process chargeback transactions with strict adherence to Brands Rules.

• Reviews, analyzes and resolves incoming chargeback transactions through retrieval and representment processing
• Monitor dispute cases and ensure compliance with Brands Rules and set policies and procedures to avoid operational loss/lapses
• Thoroughly review the accuracy of cases and ensure the completeness of documentation prior to processing representment
• Ensures updating of all chargebacks received on the final resolution of each case
