Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Carrier Sales Solutions Engineer in Manila to partner with Service Providers, direct sellers, and channel partners. The role blends technical pre-sales with strategic alignment to enterprise opportunities, focusing on RingCentral ecosystem solutions across UCaaS, voice, data networking, and security.

The candidate should bring 4+ years in SaaS pre-sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer in SaaS or equivalent.
• Experience selling to Service Providers directly.
• Ability to map solutions to business opportunities.
• Knowledge of Voice, Video, Mobile Communications.
• Understanding of VoIP, IMS, and data networking protocols.
• Familiar with provider provisioning, billing, and integration processes.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with Carrier and Channel Partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide support for Service Providers and RingCentral sales teams.
• Partner with Product to develop and prioritize roadmap.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external Partners and resources.
• Evaluate new technical solutions to meet or exceed requirements.
• Keep up to date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
• Lead technical presentations for customers and prospects, remotely and in-person.
