Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer in the Philippines to lead end-to-end technical implementations for RingCX and RCCC in enterprise call centers. You will architect, configure, and integrate multi-system deployments, driving successful ROI for complex customers.

You will collaborate with PMs, solution architects, and client IT teams while advancing architectural leadership and best practices across global delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in UCaaS and CCaaS engagements.
• Strong architectural background in contact center platforms.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• System Build & Implementation for RingCX and RCCC projects across enterprise clients.
• Architecture & Data Modeling for complex deployments and CRM integrations.
• Integrations & Automation using RingCentral APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools.
• Testing & Validation to ensure architecture and call flows meet requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with PMs, Solution Architects, and customer IT teams.
• Troubleshooting during rollout and hypercare for complex issues.
• Technical Consulting to optimize platform value and adoption.
• Account Growth Support by identifying expanded usage opportunities.
• Documentation of LLDs, BRDs, and UAT sign-offs.
• Project Delivery across multiple deployments with minimal oversight.
