Job summary

RingCentral is hiring an SMB Expansion Account Executive in Manila to grow revenue within the SMB segment. You will upsell and cross-sell RingCentral solutions, manage a portfolio of accounts, and drive adoption while coordinating with internal teams to meet customer goals.

You should have at least two years of B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building, and solid presentation and negotiation skills. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Account management experience and/or client-focused solutions selling.
• Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase existing customer revenue streams through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Manage account portfolio through successful execution of Customer Touchpoint Strategy.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions per customer needs.
• Collaborate closely between the customer and internal teams.
• Monitor account usage and drive product and feature adoption.
• Update customer profile to map business updates and growth.
