Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Philippines to lead strategic initiatives, partner onboarding, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution. You will manage enterprise client relationships, coordinate multiple teams, and drive initiatives to completion while monitoring KPIs and service delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in program management, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to streamline operations and forecast resources.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in program or project management or related field.
• Experience managing enterprise-level customers or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience identifying risks, resolving issues, and managing escalations across stakeholders.
• Experience tracking KPIs, project progress, and service delivery metrics.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives, partner onboarding, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Build strong relationships with service providers and align internal teams to shared goals.
• Streamline workflows, manage escalations, resolve issues and improve post-sales service delivery.
• Track project milestones, monitor SLA performance, analyze metrics, and support forecasting and resource planning.
• Serve as the central point of contact for partners, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders.
