Job summary

Inspiro is seeking a Logistics Specialist in the Philippines to support daily supply chain operations by coordinating shipment activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely delivery.

You will use logistics platforms and TMS to monitor movement, update statuses, and resolve delivery issues, while upholding compliance and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination (BPO/shared services environment preferred).
• Experience using logistics systems, CRM platforms, or TMS for shipment tracking and operational updates.
• Knowledge of shipment coordination, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking processes.
• Ability to prepare, check, and maintain logistics documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipment activities, monitor dispatch schedules, update shipment statuses, and ensure delivery timelines are followed.
• Prepare and verify logistics documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and shipment records.
• Utilize logistics platforms, CRM systems, or transportation management systems (TMS) to monitor shipment movement and accurately log updates.
• Communicate shipment information and resolve delivery-related concerns with internal teams and external customers.
• Follow logistics procedures, ensure compliance, and support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies.
• Support data accuracy, reporting tasks, and documentation compliance for shipment-related activities.
