The Boss System is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to support U.S. Homecare operations from Angeles City, Pampanga. This hybrid role starts with remote work for 1–2 months and shifts to onsite/hybrid as needed, with a night shift schedule.
Responsibilities include managing caregiver schedules, matching caregivers to clients, and addressing coverage gaps. Strong English communication and WellSky proficiency are required for success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain caregiver schedules based on client care needs, caregiver availability, location, and required qualifications.
Match qualified caregivers with clients to ensure appropriate and reliable coverage.
Monitor daily staffing and proactively address call-offs, open shifts, scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and coverage gaps.
Coordinate caregiver replacements and schedule adjustments to maintain continuity of care.
Communicate clearly and promptly with caregivers, clients, families, and internal care teams regarding schedules, assignments, and changes.
Keep caregiver and client schedules accurate and up to date in the scheduling system.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of staffing activities, schedule changes, and related communications.
Identify and elevate urgent or unresolved staffing concerns while working toward timely solutions.
Manage multiple scheduling priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and strong follow-through.
At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in U.S. Homecare staffing, scheduling, or operations is required.
Strong knowledge of caregiver scheduling, caregiver-client matching, shift coverage, and staffing coordination.
Hands‑on experience with WellSky is required; familiarity with WellSky Personal Care and/or CareInsights is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing caregiver call‑offs, open shifts, replacements, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow‑through.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced U.S. Homecare environment.
