LogiScale Inc. is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for caregivers (CNA/HHA) across the US market, with emphasis on Illinois guidance. The role requires sourcing, screening, and onboarding while maintaining strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in healthcare recruitment, experience with ATS (Hireology), and the ability to work across remote and on-site locations in Ayala Makati / Clark Pampanga with night shift. Laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and caregiver certification requirements in Illinois/Chicago.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and digital recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates via job boards, social media, career fairs, and events.
• Write, post, and manage compelling job advertisements across platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Coordinate scheduling of Zoom interviews (group or one-on-one).
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance.
