Job summary

The Boss System is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will handle calls, emails, and client inquiries while coordinating staffing and scheduling to ensure client coverage.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in healthcare or staffing, strong English communication, and the ability to work a U.S.-based night schedule. Proficiency with basic computer tools is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, homecare, staffing, or scheduling.
• Experience with staffing coordination and scheduling is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and teams.
• Willing to work a night shift and follow a U.S.-based schedule.
• Proficient in using computers, email, spreadsheets, and other business applications.
• Previous experience in U.S. healthcare or homecare operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other client communications professionally.
• Assist clients, caregivers, and healthcare staff with inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for client needs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, shift changes, call-offs, and coverage requests.
• Communicate schedule updates and staffing concerns to relevant team members.
• Accurately document calls, requests, schedules, and other relevant information.
• Follow established healthcare, privacy, and customer service protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
