Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment (voice or voice + non-voice) and customer care operation.
• Excellent conversational English communication skills.
• Willing to do multiple outbound calls to source candidates and employers for job matching.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the needs of both U.S. healthcare employers and applicants, address concerns, manage multiple stakeholders, and facilitate successful career placements.
• Opportunity-focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities while driving customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers.
• Look for openings or job postings that fit the job seekers’ profile and qualifications.
• Explain the requirements of employers to job seekers.
• Coordinate interview schedule arrangements between the employer and the job seeker.
