Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Excellent English communication; can influence discussions and decisions.
• At least 2 years of contact center or customer care experience.
• At least 1 year of tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls.
• Experience using multiple systems and tools while multitasking.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in US RPO.
• Adaptable and flexible in a startup environment where priorities may evolve.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate resumes and profiles.
• Search for suitable job opportunities through Jobley career pages and other sourcing channels.
• Assess candidate strengths and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend resume and profile enhancements to improve employability.
• Explain employer requirements and job expectations to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers.
• Assist with interview arrangements as needed.
• Ensure regular submission of qualified candidates to maximize successful placements.
