• Guided Assistance: Walk customers step-by-step through technical processes over the phone, email, or live chat.
• Documentation: Create detailed logs of technical issues and the steps taken to resolve them within the ticketing system.
• Escalation: Identify complex network or system bugs and escalation them to the tier-2 engineering or specialist teams.
