This role blends people leadership with operational excellence in a growing US-facing recruitment operation. You will build a supportive workplace, manage 5–15 staff, help refine resumes, coordinate interviews, and capture Voice of Job Seeker feedback to reduce friction in the US

Qualifications

• 5+ years in call center or customer care operation.
• 2+ years as a manager in a call center or customer care operation.
• Experience managing a team of 5–15 employees (manager of managers scope potential).
• Demonstrated experience driving customer and employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment using metrics to manage the business and deliver results for job seekers and employers.
• Manage processes to provide insights for Job Seekers and employers.
• Manage processes to close candidates and confirm employment.
• Lead by example and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Oversee a team of 5–15 employees; may include manager of managers scope.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive efficiencies.
• Build Voice of Job Seeker program to reduce friction in the US market.
• Attract talent by creating a differentiated work environment.
