Job summary

Medley, Inc is launching its first operations in the Philippines and seeks a Group Manager of Employer Success to lead a 5–15 person team and drive on-time placements, employer satisfaction, and scalable processes.

You will partner with Sales, refine job descriptions, and implement data-driven improvements using Medley systems, while building a culture focused on helping employers find the right candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• 2+ years as a manager in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 5 - 15 employees which may include management of managers scope.
• Demonstrated experience of driving customer and employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment which uses metrics to manage the business and deliver results for our job seekers and employers. This includes successful placements, length of recruitment and contact reason codes.
• Measure Employer loyalty and repeat posting by employers.
• Work closely with the Sales organization to attract and support employers.
• Create processes which provide insight into the voice of the Employers as well as your employee(s).
• Lead by example and action an inclusive work environment.
• Manage a team of 5 – 15 employees, which may include Manager of Managers scope.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiencies.
• Specifically, you will be a key component to build the Voice of Employer program as to their friction, stalled progress, application and impediments to placement within the US marketplace.

Medley is seeking Operations Manager for our newest delivery location in the Philippines. Your Role

As the Group Manager of Employer Success, you will build and be on point to deliver on targets and initiatives for Employers seeking candidates. Your attention to detail will provide insights as to potential defects or risks not visible through standard metrics. As a leader you will create conditions of success and build a workplace which is obsessed with helping employers find the right candidates for their organization. In this role, you will advocate and assist Employers through a team of professionals by helping build/refine job descriptions, collaborate to find potential candidates, utilize Medley systems and reporting, and facilitate logistics. More specifically, your responsibilities include the following:

• Foster an environment which uses metrics to manage the business and deliver results for our job seekers and employers. This includes successful placements, length of recruitment and contact reason codes.

• Specifically, you will be a key component to build the Voice of Employer program as to their friction, stalled progress, application and impediments to placement within the US marketplace. Over time, this program will make the Employer program frictionless for on-boarding into Medley.
• Build a differentiated work environment that attracts talent for those passionate about driving customer and Employer satisfaction.
• Advocate for your teammates through feedback and celebrating their achievements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• 2+ years as a manager in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 5 - 15 employees which may include management of managers scope.
• Demonstrated experience of driving customer and employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years working in Japan.
• 1+ years of experience in management of managers.
• College Degree.
• Experience working in a healthcare and/or recruiting industry.
• Experience with COPC, Six Sigma or LEAN.

Salary

Total Comp: $25K-35K with 10% Variable

18h floor, Two/Neo Building, 28th street cor. 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines

Working hours

PHT 0am~9am (Including an hour rest)

• No operations on US Saturdays and Sundays.
• Planning positions are the same as above, but negotiable.
