Job summary

Asia Select Inc. is seeking a Career Support Manager in Taguig to lead a team of 5–15 and drive performance for job seekers and employers. The role focuses on using metrics to optimize placements, recruitment processes, and interview logistics, with a strong emphasis on improving candidate experience and outcomes.

The position is onsite in BGC, Taguig City, with a flexible night shift. The candidate should have extensive call center experience, managerial background, and proven ability to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• 2+ years as a manager in a call center and/or customer care operation.
• Experience with US RPO/volume hiring, CRM/ATS tools, and scaling a team or process in a startup environment.
• Proven experience establishing or scaling new accounts, campaigns, or operational processes from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement or business implementation projects
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.
