Medley, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager of Sales to lead and scale the sales operation for our new Philippines location in Taguig.

You will drive revenue, oversee a team of 5-10 sales professionals, and partner with the Employer Success group to deliver on targets and improve the Voice of Employer program. Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a sales environment.
• 2+ years as a manager in a revenue generation operation.
• 1+ years as a seller in a multi-touchpoint sales process.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 5-10 sales professionals.
• Demonstrated experience of driving customer and employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment which uses metrics to manage the business and deliver results for job seekers and employers.
• Measure Employer loyalty and repeat posting by employers.
• Set revenue and recruitment goals.
• Work closely with the Sales organization to attract and support Employers.
• Create processes which provide insight into the voice of the Employers as well as your employee(s).
• Lead by example and action an inclusive work environment.
• Manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiencies.
• Build the Voice of Employer program with the Employer Success team as to differentiating factors and friction drivers.
• Build a differentiated work environment that attracts talent for those passionate about the recruitment space.
• Advocate for teammates through feedback and celebrating their achievements.
