Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer credit/debit cards or payments analytics.
• Strong understanding of card performance drivers and portfolio economics.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards, and reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Execution-focused, adaptable to client settings and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and tracking of Mastercard initiatives, including card launches and campaigns.
• Define and monitor success metrics with issuer stakeholders.
• Measure post-launch performance and recommend optimization actions.
• Drive quarterly cards performance reviews and present insights to stakeholders.
