Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with the issuer's cards team to analyze card portfolio performance, evaluate initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and define customer-centric strategies.

The role is highly analytical and execution-oriented, acting as a strategic partner by delivering insights, business requirements, and recommendations that support portfolio growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in consumer cards, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance, portfolio economics, and business analytics.
• Experience with P&L analysis, dashboarding, business reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting issuer card portfolios in an embedded or consulting capacity (preferred).
• Exposure to card launches, acquisition campaigns, or product lifecycle management initiatives (preferred).
• Experience working directly with issuer product or marketing teams (preferred).
• Project management experience in card business or former card business management experience in top tier Philippines bank (preferred).
