You will analyze portfolio performance, define customer-centric strategies, and support card products and campaigns while delivering insights and actionable business requirements to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in consumer cards, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance, portfolio economics, and business analytics.
• Experience with P&L analysis, dashboarding, business reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting issuer card portfolios in an embedded or consulting capacity (preferred).
• Exposure to card launches, acquisition campaigns, or product lifecycle management initiatives (preferred).
• Experience working directly with issuer product or marketing teams (preferred).
• Project management experience in card business or former card business management experience in top tier Philippines bank (preferred).

About the role
