TechBee in Taguig, Metro Manila, seeks a hands-on analytics professional to support an issuer's consumer card portfolio. You will track performance, identify opportunities, and help plan growth through market segmentation and CVP improvements, supporting card launches and campaigns.

The role emphasizes execution and analysis, acting as an extension of the cards team to measure results, deliver dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders for optimization and growth.

Formación

• 8+ years in consumer credit/debit cards or payments analytics.
• Strong understanding of card performance drivers and portfolio economics.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards, and reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Execution-focused, adaptable to client settings and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams cross-functionally.

Role Summary

This is a hands‑on, client‑embedded role supporting an issuer's consumer credit/debit card portfolio. The resource will work with the issuer's cards team to track portfolio performance, measure initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, plan cards growth strategies -market segmentation, CVP improvements and support implementation of card launches and campaigns.

The role is execution‑focused and analytical, acting as an extension of the issuer's card business team.

Initiative Tracking & Impact Measurement

• Support delivery and tracking of Mastercard initiatives, particularly card launches, portfolio campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives (e.g., acquisition, usage, retention).
• Define and monitor success metrics for initiatives in collaboration with issuer stakeholders.
• Measure post‑launch performance, highlight gaps versus targets, and recommend practical optimization actions.
• Drive quarterly cards performance reviews for the issuer's portfolio and provide insights on how they can perform at par and/or better than the market. Collaborate with teams to present insights and craft supporting narratives.

Required Skills & Experience

• More than 8 years of experience in consumer credit/debit cards, retail banking, or payments, with exposure to Product and Portfolio performance management or analytics
• Strong understanding of Consumer Credit/Debit card performance drivers and portfolio economics
• Experience with working with Credit/Debit cards PnL, producing performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews for senior stakeholders
• A practical, execution-focused professional who adapts easily to client settings and collaborates effectively with individuals at all levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
