Qualifications

• 7+ years of BA experience in consumer cards, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance and portfolio economics.
• Experience with P&L analysis, dashboarding, and stakeholder reporting.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating needs into solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting issuer card portfolios in an embedded or consulting capacity (preferred).
• Exposure to card launches, acquisition campaigns, or product lifecycle management (preferred).
• Experience working with issuer product or marketing teams (preferred).
• PM experience in card business or former card business management (preferred).
