The role is execution-focused, analytical, and requires coordinating with product, marketing, analytics, and operations to deliver regular dashboards, readouts, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze card performance drivers and portfolio economics.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards, and executive readouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing tracking of the consumer credit/debit card portfolio including acquisition, activation, spend, revolver behaviour, attrition and profitability.
• Produce regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights for issuer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support preparation of business reviews and performance readouts, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for card growth and support implementation of initiatives.
• Coordinate across product, marketing, analytics and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
• Act as liaison between issuer and scheme on topics like mandates, bulletins, and platform access.
