Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling | SMS Campaigns: contact customers nearing service due dates to remind and schedule.
• Overdue/Lapsed Service: reschedule or bring customers back into the service cycle.
• Inbound Chats: respond to inquiries about service appointments and scheduling.
• Appointment Scheduling: manage calendars to book service appointments.
• Customer Engagement: maintain a positive, professional demeanor during interactions.
• Data Management: accurately record customer information and appointments in dealership systems.
