Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new software quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm training sessions.
• Update and maintain lead and member records in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and members to reduce no-shows.
• Assist onboarding of new members and data entry.
• Escalate requests needing coaching or management input.
• Maintain organized data across scheduling and CRM platforms.
• Support general administrative tasks for daily operations.
