Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate, helpful, and professional assistance to customers whilst maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database
• Follow company protocols, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
• Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately and promptly
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide constructive feedback to management
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality targets
• Participate in training programmes and professional development activities to enhance skills and product knowledge
