Job summary

MG/Chev Quezon Ave. in the Philippines seeks a customer service specialist focused on outbound telemarketing to promote the dealership, handle inquiries, and build goodwill with clients after vehicle deliveries.

You will conduct follow-up, set service appointments by phone and email (about 40 calls per day), maintain client data and reports, and coordinate with manufacturers and the Service Dept. to improve the overall dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/communications/marketing.
• Ability to understand KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Communicate and empathize with clients.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing preferred.
• Fluent in English, Filipino, and local dialect.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Basic understanding of appointment setting and follow-up.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
• Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
• Ensures post-delivery follow-up with new vehicle sales customers.
• Procure service appointments via telephone calls and emails (about 40 outbound calls daily).
• Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and resolves them efficiently.
• Assist the branch and coordinate with manufacturers as needed.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and daily reporting updates.
• Submit reportorial requirements on or before deadlines.
• Assist Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintain accurate and efficient customer data files.
• Assist in telemarketing for promos and events.
