• Fast data entry and quick adoption of new CRM systems.
• Punctual with an excellent attendance record.
• Independent and thorough with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer every inbound call promptly and professionally so no customer inquiry is missed.
• Record accurate customer details (name, address, contact information, and issue).
• Turn inquiries into confirmed bookings by guiding callers toward scheduling a service appointment.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in our in-house CRM and calendar system.
• Enter and update customer records accurately after each call.
• Answer common questions about our services and explain next steps clearly.
• Return missed calls and follow up on voicemails quickly to capture every lead.
• Escalate urgent or complex requests to the team when needed.
