Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is hiring a Cantonese Customer Support Representative for on-site work at Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete sites. You will handle ticket sales, refunds, and inquiries, with a shifting schedule and a monthly salary of Php 130,000.

Open to HS graduates to Bachelor’s graduates, with strong Cantonese and English communication. Prior BPO or customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese with conversational English is required.
• Open to High School graduates, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.
• Experience in BPO or customer service is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
• Handle issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery or invalid tickets.
• Support payment concerns and billing disputes.
• Help with account access issues (login, verification, security).
• Manage complaints from buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
• Respond to inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations via email and chat.
• Ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
• Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
• Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
• Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet
