J-K Network Services group. is seeking a Cantonese Helpdesk Specialist to provide on-site customer support in Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete. The role requires Cantonese proficiency and good English, with multiple shifts and on-site work arrangement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ticket purchases, refunds, and resolving issues related to bookings, payments, and access. Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus; night differential applies.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
• Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
• Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
• Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet
