Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Cantonese Customer Logistics Specialist to support ticket purchases, refunds, and bookings for customers. The role is on-site in Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete with a shifting schedule and a monthly salary of PHP 130,000.

Qualified candidates may be high school graduates, undergraduates, or graduates; proficiency in Cantonese and conversational English is required. Experience in customer service or BPO is a plus and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
• Handle issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
• Support payment concerns and billing disputes.
• Help with account access (login, verification, security).
• Manage complaints from buyers and sellers and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ticket resolution.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
• Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
• Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION

• Helping with account access issues (login, verification, security).

• Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat.
• Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
