Job summary

J-K Network Services group. is seeking a Cantonese Helpdesk Specialist to provide on-site customer support in Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete. The role requires Cantonese proficiency and good English, with multiple shifts and on-site work arrangement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ticket purchases, refunds, and resolving issues related to bookings, payments, and access. Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus; night differential applies.

Qualifications

Proficient in Cantonese and conversational English.
Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
Handle issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
Support payment concerns and billing disputes.
Assist with account access issues (login, verification, security).
Manage complaints from buyers and sellers.
Coordinate with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
Respond to inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations via email and chat.
Ensure requests are handled promptly and appropriately.
Manage reservations and cancellations of bookings.
