Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete is seeking a Cantonese bilingual representative for on-site work with a shifting schedule. The role requires Cantonese proficiency and conversational English, with flexibility for various site locations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with bookings, refunds, payments, and account access, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Benefits and government-mandated provisions are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Cantonese with conversational English.
• Open to HS graduates, undergrads, or grads in any course.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet).
• Experience in customer service or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
• Handle issues like missing tickets, delays, or invalid tickets.
• Support payment concerns and billing disputes.
• Assist with account access (login, verification, security).
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Respond to inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations via email and chat.
