RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a marketing/PM professional to accelerate card velocity through omnibus usage campaigns and drive portfolio profitability.

The role leads end-to-end campaign management, partners with key merchants for co-marketing activities, and analyzes performance to optimize spend. Strong negotiation and multi-tasking skills are essential for coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within credit cards, payments, or loyalty programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale usage or rewards campaigns with measurable results.
• Comfortable with data analytics (Excel/PowerPoint) to project costs and outcomes.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and partner negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution: leads the full campaign lifecycle—from brief writing, P&L preparation and internal approvals to technical setup and post-launch monitoring.
• Partner & Merchant Engagement: negotiates with key merchant partners for co-marketing slots and develops sale or engagement events with partner merchants.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: monitors daily/weekly campaign performance against projections.
• Stakeholder Coordination: cascades campaign mechanics to relevant Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
