Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a field-based merchant acquisition professional to visit merchants in Metro Manila. You will ensure POS terminals are operational, provide orientation on payment acceptance, and train store staff while maintaining strong merchant relationships.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, active merchant engagement, and supporting RCBC Installment events. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing/sales and knowledge of payment processing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing.
• At least 2 years in marketing and sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in merchant acquiring business.
• Creative selling skills.
• Knowledge of payment processing solutions is a plus.
• Able to meet sales targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage merchants through face-to-face visits or calls to provide support.
• Ensure POS terminals work during on-site visits.
• Conduct store visits, merchant orientations, updates, and staff training.
• Aim to achieve merchant activity targets and maintain relationships.
• Assist in marketing events for RCBC Installment or merchant events.
• Assess merchant needs and route concerns to internal support.
