Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Retail Banking Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing and growth initiatives for the bank’s retail products and branch network.

You will build customer acquisition programs, manage campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinate with Branch Managers and sales teams, and ensure campaigns comply with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or banking.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail banking.
• Experience leading marketing initiatives or teams.
• Prior banking exposure is desirable.
• Ability to drive customer growth and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing plans to grow the retail banking portfolio.
• Create customer-focused programs to increase new accounts and product usage.
• Coordinate with branches, sales teams, and product groups to execute campaigns.
• Support local promotions, community activities, and customer events.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.
