Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking an experienced Cards Usage Officer to manage end-to-end credit card campaigns and drive customer engagement. The role involves analysis, planning, coordination, and post-program evaluation within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing with credit card experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and fluency in banking products. Visayan/Cebuano ability is a plus for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; 5+ years professional experience including 3+ years in credit card industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly credit cards and consumer loans.
• Visayan/Cebuano language ability is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, multitasking, and comprehensive business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end execution, tracking, and analysis of complex credit card campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
• Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with merchants, payment schemes, and external partners.
• Conducts competitive analysis, customer data review, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
• Supports strategy development, identifies spending opportunities, and ensures timely execution of approved marketing initiatives.
• Coordinates with internal units, develops communication materials, and ensures compliance with regulatory and approval requirements.
• Monitors campaign performance, revenue, and expenses while maintaining stakeholder relationships and resolving issues to meet business targets.
