About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the voice of our organisation, handling incoming and outgoing calls whilst providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving enquiries efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
• Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures whilst maintaining a personal touch
• Meet and exceed call handling targets and quality metrics

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written English ability

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies
