TASK AGENCIES INC is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent – Dayshift to join our growing customer service team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. You will be the voice of our company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service on a daily basis.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will meet daily targets, document interactions, and continuously update product knowledge through training sessions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Proven customer service experience in a call centre or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patient when handling difficult customer situations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently whilst maintaining quality service.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work on a dayshift schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Previous BPO or call centre experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company system.
• Process customer requests, including orders, account updates, and billing enquiries.
• Meet or exceed daily call handling targets and quality assurance standards.
• Follow established scripts and procedures whilst adapting communication to individual customer needs.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
