About the role

As a Customer Service Representative in our Call Centre, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls whilst providing outstanding support to our clients' customers. This role is open to all applicants, making it an ideal entry point for individuals eager to begin their journey in the business process outsourcing industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to the success of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Document all interactions and transactions in the system with attention to detail
• Follow company scripts and guidelines whilst maintaining a natural, engaging conversation style
• Meet call handling targets and quality standards as set by management
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support of colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge
