QQEnglish is seeking a Café Supervisor to oversee daily café operations at our Cebu City location. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth service, and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role values leadership, clear communication, and hands-on management of inventory, reporting, and service quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in café operations and customer service a plus.

About the role

Key responsibilities

About you

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Services, Culinary Arts, or a related course preferred
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred
• Experience in café operations, buffet setup, and customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in inventory monitoring, stock control, and daily operational reporting
• F&B Services NC II, Basic Barista, or Food Safety Certification is an advantage
• Food and Beverage Service skills
• Basic Barista Skills
• Strong customer service, communication, and team management skills
