Job summary

A7 ProHire & General Services Corporation is seeking an on-site Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in Cebu. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth service during peak hours while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service, a high school diploma, and knowledge of food safety. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and management expertise.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in food service.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage staff during peak hours.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and managing inventory.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to perform all-around duties (front-of-house, back-of-house, etc.)
