Job summary

QQ English in Cebu City is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead daily cafe operations within our campus environment. You will oversee service quality, coordinate buffet setups, manage staff on shift, and ensure consistent food safety and sanitation practices.

We value candidates with hospitality or F&B training, prior supervisory experience, and a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. This role offers an opportunity to support a fast-paced learning atmosphere in a renowned ESL school.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course preferred
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Experience in café operations, buffet setup, and customer service advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and proper handling procedures
• Experience in inventory monitoring, stock control, and daily reporting
• F&B Certifications (NC II, Basic Barista, or Food Safety) are an advantage
• Food and Beverage service skills
• Basic Barista skills
• Strong customer service, communication and team management skills
