Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and task assignments.
• Ensure proper food preparation, buffet setup, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.

• Prepare basic reports related to café operations.
