Job summary

You will coordinate with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to anticipate guest needs while maintaining five-star service standards; you will coach and develop the Butler team and support training initiatives for continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Hospitality management degree is an asset.

Job Description

• Delivers flawless, personalized butler service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring impeccable suite readiness, curated amenities, and bespoke guest experiences.
• Coordinates seamlessly with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and operational teams to anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional five-star service standards.
• Coaches and develops the Butler team to deliver discreet, intuitive, and anticipatory service, while supporting training initiatives and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
