Job summary

Raffles Makati seeks an experienced butler to deliver personalized service to guests and distinguished VIPs in Manila’s premier district. You will coordinate with departments to meet guest preferences, arrange transfers, and provide seamless refreshments during stays.

The role requires a hospitality background, excellent communication, and a proactive, guest-first mindset to sustain the hotel’s legendary service standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an asset.
• At least one year of experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides dedicated and exceptional butler service for guests and VIPs, and facilitates refreshments and transfer arrangements.
• Coordinates with different departments regarding guests' needs, such as stay requirements, laundry, pressing needs, and bookings.
• Prepares welcome amenities and assists with kitchen equipment setup.
